Refunds and cancellation

What you bought, what the law gives you, and what we do when something goes wrong.

Last changed 25 September 2026.

What you bought

One payment of £19.99 buys access to our own practice questions, timed mocks and explanations, for as long as the site runs. There is no renewal and there is no second charge.

Access opens the moment Stripe tells us the card went through. Within seconds of paying you have the whole question bank in front of you. That matters for everything below, because in law the sale is finished at that moment.

The fourteen day right, and why you gave it up

For most things bought online in the United Kingdom you get fourteen days to change your mind and ask for your money back. That right comes from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital content is the exception. If you ask for it to be delivered at once, and you say you understand what that costs you, the right ends when delivery begins. That is regulation 37.

So before you pay, you tick a box. These are the words on it, and they do not change:

I want access to the practice questions straight away. I understand that once access begins I lose the right to cancel and get a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We store the time you ticked that box and the exact words you agreed to, against your order. Ask and we will send both back to you.

So once access has opened, changing your mind is not on its own a reason for a refund. Nothing on this page removes a right the law gives you. It explains the one right you chose to give up at the till, and no more than that.

When we do refund you

If your card was charged twice for the same order, the second charge goes back in full. If you paid and access never opened, and we cannot open it, the money goes back in full. If what you bought is broken and we cannot put it right, we refund you. That last one is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we cannot write it away.

If we change the service so it is no longer what you paid for, or we stop it, we refund everyone who bought in the thirty days before that.

When we do not

Changing your mind after access opened. Buying and then not using it. Failing the real exam, because a practice question bank is study material and not a promise about a result, and we publish no pass rate because we have none to publish. Buying the wrong one of our sites by mistake, although if you write to us on the same day we will usually move you across rather than argue about it.

If the payment failed

Nothing is charged until Stripe confirms the card. If the card was declined, no order exists and there is nothing to refund. A pending line on your statement that never became a charge falls off by itself. Your bank holds that, not us.

How to ask

Email support@jagatitlimited.com from the address you paid with. Put your order number in the subject if you have it. Tell us what happened. A person reads it, we look at the record, and we answer in writing.

A refund we agree goes back to the card that paid, through Stripe. We do not send money anywhere else. If you would rather take it up with your bank first, that is your right, but talking to us is faster.
